Voorkomt dat CI onnodig doorloopt op een verouderde commit. Runs op push naar master en workflow_dispatch worden nooit geannuleerd (groep valt terug op github.run_id, altijd uniek), zodat de automatische test-deploy niet halverwege afgebroken kan worden.
